Rentals require a 50% down payment to book, which is fully refundable up to 2 months before your rental date and will apply to your final invoice. Place your order request to the right, and we will get in touch with an estimate and invoices for the booking deposit (due at ordering) and the final invoice. Final invoice balances are due 1 day before event dates.
All rentals come with setup and takedown included. There is a $1/mile one-way delivery fee from Millcreek. Additional fees may apply for setups that require extra time, such as travel over 100 miles total, long flights of stairs, elevators, long walkways to get to setup area, etc.
